(1) The subject committee will conduct necessary investigation on the application submitted by the registrar as per section 13.
(2) If something becomes unclear during the investigation according to sub-section (1), the subject committee may request necessary evidence and documents from the applicant to clarify the related matters.
(3) It shall be the duty of the concerned applicant to submit the evidence and documents required under sub-section (2) to the subject committee.
(4) If the applicant's name is found to be eligible to be registered with the Council during the investigation according to sub-sections (1), (2) and (3), the subject committee will make a recommendation to the Council.
